1. About this store

StaminaPeak is operated by Hola Scaling Sociedad Limitada at the address in our Legal Notice. These terms apply to use of our online store and purchases made through it. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy provide further details.

2. Using the website

You must be an adult legally able to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep account access secure. Do not misuse the website, infringe intellectual property rights, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with its operation. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use in accordance with applicable law.

3. Products and supplement information

StaminaPeak focuses on men's vitality and everyday performance. Product-specific ingredients, quantities, directions and warnings are provided on the relevant product page and packaging. Read them before use. Website information is not personalised medical advice. 4. Pricing, payment and orders

Our base store currency is US dollars (USD). The currency, prices, shipping charges and any taxes or duties collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment. Your bank may apply conversion or other fees. Product availability can change. If an error affects an order, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or refund rather than charge you an unapproved additional amount.

A subscription or recurring charge applies only if expressly offered, selected and disclosed at checkout, with its price, frequency and cancellation terms. A one-time purchase does not itself authorise recurring billing.

5. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation; we may be unable to stop an order already being processed or dispatched.
