30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, supplements must be unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Sale items are eligible under the same conditions. This is a return policy, not a promise of results from consuming a product.

How to request a return

Email support@staminapeak.com with “StaminaPeak”, your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. The registered company address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Customers pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee applies. Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days; your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the problem. We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law and cover necessary return costs for confirmed faults or errors. Opening a product does not remove your rights in respect of a fault.

EU and UK withdrawal rights

Where applicable, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us by a clear statement, including your name, order and decision to withdraw, and return the goods within 14 days after that notice. A hygiene exception may apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return once unsealed. We refund amounts due within 14 days of your notice, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery for a qualifying withdrawal of the whole order; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Mandatory rights for defective goods and any more favourable local rights are preserved.
